We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes description, responsibilities, requirements, benefits. No explicit Pay or Schedule details (just "Hours may vary depending on departmental staffing needs." That's not specific schedule; it's vague. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated, so include Benefits. Pay not stated, so omit Pay. Schedule not specific, omit Schedule. Also we have sections: About the role (maybe from description), Responsibilities (Leadership & Team Support and Essential Duties), Requirements (Required Skills and Abilities, Physical Requirements, Work Environment). Qualifications maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can combine? The instruction: Use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Requirements (skills, abilities, physical, work environment). Could also have Qualifications (maybe years of experience). But we can treat Requirements as covering qualifications. To avoid thin sections, we can combine into Requirements. But we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. That's four sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which content is list vs prose. For About the role: it's a paragraph; could be

. For Responsibilities: many items; we can make

    • . For Requirements: could be
      • for each bullet (skills, physical, work environment). Could separate into sub-sections? But we want few sections; we can keep one Requirements section with nested lists? Probably just a single list combining all requirements. However physical requirements and work environment are also requirements; we can include them as list items. Benefits: list. Let's craft.
