BIM Tech II or III
PCS Structural Solutions is looking for a mission-driven BIM Tech II or III (level dependent on experience) to join our collaborative and innovative team in our Seattle or Tacoma office. About the role
Under general supervision, with some exercise of judgment, you will prepare computer-generated engineering drawings according to established standards and procedures using computer-aided design (CAD) software programs. You will be responsible for small to medium-sized Revit projects in accordance with PCS standards, interpreting schematic designs to create model layouts, and building basic view, template, and sheet structures for those projects. You will perform medium-level modeling tasks—primarily secondary or support modeling and detailing on large projects for Senior BIM techs—model elements up to level 300, create addendum sets and sketches, revise or change drawings, trace and/or copy existing drawings, and complete simple calculations with specific instructions. You will meet deadlines, provide progress reports, and assist in training BIM Technician I. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.
