BIM Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve digital design helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
• Aid teams with BIM model setup, tools support, checks, and troubleshooting.
• Cookordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models and manage imports/exports.
• Audit BIM model performance and prepare documentation.
• Maintain firm and agency BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Create and maintain complex Revit families.
• Lead training sessions and help deploy new workflows, scripts, and tools.
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Assist with BIM & design technology evaluation, R&D, and documentation.
• Create and maintain QA/QC workflows and support software updates.
• Contribute to digital design initiatives and planning.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to improve workflows and support innovative design methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience with Revit and BIM.
• Advanced skills in Revit/ACC/Forma.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, Enscape, Rhino, and Grasshopper (plus).
• Scripting experience (Dynamo, Python) preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop and effectively teach new processes, workflows, and software skills.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI platforms or machine learning tools in architectural or engineering contexts and integrate automation into design processes.
• Self-starter who is focused, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Pay

$70,000 - $95,000 annually
