Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve digital design helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Aid teams with BIM model setup, tools support, checks, and troubleshooting.
- Cookordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models and manage imports/exports.
- Audit BIM model performance and prepare documentation.
- Maintain firm and agency BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
- Create and maintain complex Revit families.
- Lead training sessions and help deploy new workflows, scripts, and tools.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Assist with BIM & design technology evaluation, R&D, and documentation.
- Create and maintain QA/QC workflows and support software updates.
- Contribute to digital design initiatives and planning.
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to improve workflows and support innovative design methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience with Revit and BIM.
- Advanced skills in Revit/ACC/Forma.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, Enscape, Rhino, and Grasshopper (plus).
- Scripting experience (Dynamo, Python) preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to develop and effectively teach new processes, workflows, and software skills.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI platforms or machine learning tools in architectural or engineering contexts and integrate automation into design processes.
- Self-starter who is focused, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Pay
$70,000 - $95,000 annually
