About the role

We are seeking a BIM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for various projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient modeling
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM processes and tools
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in BIM
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Understanding of construction methodologies and materials

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
