We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM/Revit Technician to support the development, coordination, and production of construction documents and 3D building models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, BIM coordination, and construction documentation, with the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, architects, project managers, and field teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a technical environment, solving modeling challenges, and contributing to projects from initial design through construction.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or Revit Structure Certified Professional, preferred
• 3+ years of Autodesk Revit 2022-2026 and related BIM software experience in a structures department
• In-depth working knowledge of the Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks software environments (latest releases)
• 4+ years of AutoCAD experience working with structural engineering or architectural firms
• Construction experience a plus

Pay

$70,000 - $75,000 per year
