About the role
This position is responsible for designing and coordinating construction projects using BIM technology.Responsibilities
- Design and manage construction projects utilizing Revit and other BIM tools.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of models and documentation.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control checks on project deliverables.
- Utilize Microsoft Office products and internal resources to support project workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software.
- Experience with Autodesk Navisworks, Bluebeam, and ACC.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and materials.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with add-ins and third-party tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in BIM or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
