BIM/Revit Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models and structural construction drawings for diverse projects.
• Customize standard details and address project-specific conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams, including architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Produce high-quality documentation from preliminary layouts through final deliverables.
• Interpret and present construction documents with clarity and confidence.
• Participate in the coordination and management of multiple concurrent projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree or Revit/BIM certification.
• 1-3 years of experience in structural design using BIM and Revit.
• Proficiency in BIM software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
