BIM Manager

About the role

The BIM Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies within the organization. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that all projects adhere to BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models for all project phases
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into design and construction processes
• Provide training and support to staff on BIM software and best practices
• Ensure compliance with industry BIM standards and regulations
• Develop and manage BIM-related policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management or related field
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable design principles and green building certifications
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
