About the role
As a BIM Manager, you will support the Design & Engineering team during the development of high-profile projects from design to construction, tailored to the client’s needs as part of our BIM Management Service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop BIM strategy and oversee all BIM work on select projects, ensuring BIM quality across all projects while collaborating with BIM Leadership on pilot projects.
- Develop and supervise project staff and processes related to the implementation of BIM for project controls.
- Coordinate processes for complete model life cycle development and functionality (3D, 4D, and 5D, including model development and integration).
- Review and validate construction models, including 4D/5D contractor model submittals.
- Provide and format information from virtual models throughout the project lifecycle, including using models and visualizations for presentations and reporting construction progress.
- Offer technical advice to team members to support project delivery and coach parties in BIM implementation and application.
- Provide technical BIM leadership at a project level.
- Understand the client’s intended end uses of models and continuously improve modeling/BIM processes to align with those goals.
- Develop, review, approve, and maintain BIM documentation guidelines, including standards, implementation plans, and quality control procedures.
- Liaise with Country BIM leads to ensure systems, processes, and documentation align with global standards and best practices.
- Review progress, compliance, and clash detection reports using platforms such as BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Drive automation processes and provide input to estimates for engineering budgets and schedules.
- Oversee technical resources to meet requirements on large and complex projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience working with BIM environments and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Aided Design, Information Management, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in integrating and applying BIM in a multi-disciplinary environment, managing a team of more than 5 BIM modelers.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000. Actual salaries will vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
