BIM Lead

About the role

The BIM Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes within the organization. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that all project data is accurately captured and utilized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM standards are met
• Train and mentor team members in BIM best practices
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage BIM-related documentation and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM roles
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM 4D scheduling tools
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
