BIM Engineer

Our client, a leader in infrastructure and engineering solutions, is seeking a BIM Engineer to join their team. As a BIM Engineer, you will be part of the Factory Engineering Department supporting multidisciplinary project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, collaborative spirit, and innovative thinking, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: BIM Engineer Location: Fremont, California Pay Range: $55 Hourly What's the Job? Manage and support the development of data-rich, accurate BIM models across infrastructure projects. Set the digital delivery strategy for large, fast-paced projects by collaborating with multi-discipline leads and executive management. Oversee the setup and management of federated building models involving multiple design and engineering disciplines across different geographies. Interface with Project Controls, Commissioning, and Facilities Management teams to incorporate data into BIM workflows. Introduce and support BIM technologies and automation to optimize project delivery and reduce manual effort. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with engineering and project management teams on high-tech infrastructure projects. Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit (advanced) and clash detection tools. Proficiency in AutoCAD, IFC workflows, and BIM applications. Knowledge of cloud-based BIM platforms such as Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or BIM 360. What's in it for me?
