Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure compliance with project scope and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and environmental regulations.
• Experience with project budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with sustainability and green building certifications.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal aspects.
