As a member of the Design and Construction team you will have the opportunity to participate in the development process and be a part of a growing company. We are seeking a BIM/CAD Technician who will assist in schematic design drawings, architectural site plans, full construction drawings, as-built drawings, etc. What You’ll Do As built drawingsProduction of construction drawingsArchitectural site plansPlan review of tenant drawingsMarketing drawingsLeasing drawingsCoordination with design consultants Required What You Bring Proficient in AutoCAD and RevitUnderstanding of Model Code Requirements2-5 years of experience in a similar roleExperience working with architects and/or civil engineers Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred but not required Position Type & Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position in our Brentwood office.
