Responsibilities

• Meet a daily quota of reviewing assigned billable files, including obtaining proper backup documentation for fees, fee approvals, and proof of costs.
• Validate invoices prior to submission and generate invoices.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all invoice line items while meeting billing timelines.
• Update all client and internal systems to reflect actions taken and correspondence.
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure requirements.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate deliverables.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Understanding of basic Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control principles is a plus.
