Rutherford County / Fully Onsite Hourly Pay Range - $22.00 - $26.00 Construction Services Temporary to Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoices
• Oversee accounts receivable processes, including payment posting and reconciliation
• Proactively handle collections and resolve past-due accounts with professionalism and urgency
• Analyze AR aging reports and identify trends to improve cash flow performance
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) to track and report financial data
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and billing issues
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with month-end close processes related to AR and billing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable
• Proven experience managing collections and reducing aging balances
• Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal interactions
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
