Responsibilities

• Handle AIA billing, including applications for payment and progress invoicing
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices based on contract terms
• Track project budgets, costs, and change orders
• Cook up billing details and resolve issues with project managers
• Maintain organized documentation for billing, compliance, and audits

Qualifications

• Experience with construction billing, including AIA billing
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset

Pay

$60,000–$75,000
