What You’ll Do
- Manage AIA billing processes, including applications for payment and progress billing
- Prepare and submit invoices in compliance with contract requirements
- Track project costs, change orders, and billing timelines
- Work cross-functionally with project managers to gather details and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized billing documentation for reporting and audits
