Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversight of customer account set up
• Management of Prevailing Wage intents
• Review of QuickBase and true up forecasts and soft close/hard close candidates
• Requesting COI’s
• Generation and delivery of customer invoices and account statements
• Collaboration with project managers to ensure costs are captured and billed appropriately and timely
• Accurate recording and collection of sales tax, where applicable, across multiple jurisdictions
• Resolution of customer billing issues
• Follow-up on and collection of outstanding customer balances
• Reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger and preparation of detailed accounts receivable status
• Maintenance of customer accounts, files, and records, including various customer portals
• Professional interaction with internal and external customers
• Handling of internal and external calls with providing a white glove communication experience

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Billing Experience, preferably dealing with contract billing
• Large ERP system experience
