Billing Special Project

What Will You Be Doing

Supports and assists both Billing and Collections department in special projects.

• Reviews, identifies and updates duplicate member accounts.
• Reviews and updates insurance eligibility.
• Updates billing records.

What Will You Need To Succeed

• 1 year of healthcare billing and coding support experience within Home Care Services preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use various computer programs and applications, including IE EMR/EHR.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Medical Biller/Coder certification highly desired.
