Are you highly skilled in Excel and looking to gain experience in a healthcare-focused environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Data Analyst Clerk to support physician billing, provider data management, and reporting activities for a growing healthcare team. What You'll Do Review provider information, billing records, claims, contracts, and network participation dataCompare and analyze multiple spreadsheets using advanced Excel formulasEnter and maintain physician and billing data with a high level of accuracyResearch discrepancies and assist with resolving billing and provider data issuesAudit payer reports and prepare reporting to ensure provider network accuracyPartner with contracting and finance teams to identify financial impacts of discrepanciesSupport ongoing data management and process improvement initiatives What We're Looking For ✅ 1-2 years of accounting, billing, enrollment, or healthcare administration experience ✅ Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs ✅ Ability to compare, analyze, and reconcile large datasets ✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ✅ Data entry accuracy and problem-solving abilities ✅ Healthcare billing, provider enrollment, or claims experience is a plus but not required ✅ Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Us?
