Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range for this position varies nationally based on experience, skills, and other factors. Full-time benefits are available upon hire, and there are quarterly financial awards based on performance.

Schedule Details:

Your initial training schedule will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Following training, your schedule will be the same.

Pay Details:

This position starts at a base salary of $46,500.

What Is the Opportunity?

Are you ready to help others and provide excellent customer service? As a Customer Service Associate, you'll handle a high volume of inquiries, primarily via phone, and build customer trust by demonstrating empathy and providing accurate responses.

What Will You Do?

  • Successfully complete new hire training.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from customers and internal business partners via calls, emails, chats, and other methods.
  • Build and maintain customer satisfaction by actively listening and applying learned knowledge to educate customers.
  • Navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously while interacting with customers.
  • Avoid and adapt communication styles to ensure a positive, consistent, empathetic, and thorough customer experience.
  • Achieve accuracy and comprehensiveness in documentation, following defined guidelines and procedures.
  • Support departmental projects and initiatives, and take on developmental opportunities.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and show empathy.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational and time management skills, capable of handling a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and resilience to navigate change.
  • A desire to continuously acquire new skills and knowledge.

What is a Must Have?

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
