Key Responsibilities

  • Manage billing processes, coordinating with managers to ensure accurate job information entry.
  • Audit and resolve discrepancies in billing, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Generate and review invoices, handling any necessary revisions or specialized calculations.
  • Assist in onboarding new talent, managing documentation and system setup.
  • Support month-end closing processes and assist with tax document preparation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of billing experience.
  • 2 years of experience with a general ledger system.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet software.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
