Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing processes, coordinating with managers to ensure accurate job information entry.
- Audit and resolve discrepancies in billing, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
- Generate and review invoices, handling any necessary revisions or specialized calculations.
- Assist in onboarding new talent, managing documentation and system setup.
- Support month-end closing processes and assist with tax document preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of billing experience.
- 2 years of experience with a general ledger system.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
