Billing & Collections Specialist

About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Tulsa, Oklahoma focuses on customer billing, collections, cash receipts, and maintaining accurate customer account information. The role involves daily customer communication, reviewing outstanding balances, and assisting with account issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices.
• Assist with collections, rebates, credits, and account inquiries.
• Take credit card payments and post cash receipts.
• Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers daily and help resolve account issues.
• Maintain accurate customer account information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Solution-focused with the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay

$20 – $24 per hour.
