Billing Clerk

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with Kansas City Sales office and Dodge City shipping and billing departments
• Organize and confirm correct paperwork for the billing process
• Process government documents for specific orders leaving the facility
• Understand the billing, customer invoicing, and auditing process to generate accurate paperwork
• Timely distribution and delivery of paperwork to various departments
• Verify customer data, box counts, weights, and trailer information prior to completing and organizing paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and 10-key calculator
• Efficient data entry skills with close attention to detail
• Good work history, punctuality, and attendance
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills
• Good telephone etiquette skills
• Professional and positive attitude/conduct
• Able to operate calculator and computer systems
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Capable of working with others in an efficient and effective manner
• Valid driver’s license
• Available to work 12-hour shifts
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
