Billing Clerk
Job Description
A Billing Clerk reads information provided by Service Technicians, enters the information into the computer to generate an invoice for our customers. Credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed merchandise will also be created as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of writing simple correspondences to customers, basic knowledge of accounting practices, the ability to answer billing related questions via phone and/or email, knowledge and experience with Database software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. (We currently use Acumatica. Some of the other programs that the Billing Clerk will use are Versae, Corrigo, Henny Penny, Taylor Atlas/AMI, Service Channel, Middleby Coffee/Concordia, Global Warranty and Parts Town Marketplace)
