We're growing and seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team and support the backend billing processes that ensure our clients are served accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients including reviewing the billing process and policies and ensuring all billing requirements are met.
• Ongoing client assistance to update and maintain payment methods and access to payment links.
• Aid in client questions regarding process, policy and general bill understanding.
• Show strong ability to stay “one step ahead.”
• Inbound call and request triage.
• Aid in reviewing bills and ensure narratives conform to the firm's narrative requirements and are accurate for clarity and compliance.
• Support the Billing Team as needed.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the professional services environment (especially law firms) and an understanding of confidentiality practices is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with Clio.
