Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume contract Billing and Invoicing
- Manage data collection process for monthly billings.
- Process contract change orders.
- Prepare and submit contract billings with lien waivers and required documentation.
- Prepare and submit “Extra Work” invoices” (for work outside of contract)
- Flexibility to meet varying customer deadlines for billing submittal.
Qualifications and Skills
- Accounting background preferred
- Independent handling of high-volume customer billings.
- Familiarity with lien claims process preferable.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with accounting applications, preferably in construction.
