• Processes billing adjustments and rebills following rate schedules, tariffs, and customer class rules.
• Reviews usage data, billing determinants, and account configurations.
• Solves routine billing exceptions and customer billing inquiries.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal audit controls.
• Provides informal guidance or review support to managed service provider.
