Billing Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Completed for previous day by 1pm
- Month end completed by 10am on the 1st business day
- Month end reports compiled and sent to appropriate departments (some overtime may be required at month end)
- Responsible for timely follow-up and documentation of billing issues
- Work closely with Inside Sales Coordinator and Salesmen to resolve pricing issues
- Responsible for additional billing sent by Sales Coordinator (i.e. rentals, testing, additional services)
- Maintain Production to Billing spreadsheet
- Maintain Inventory Exceptions spreadsheet send to Operations monthly
- Track lost yardage and send reports to Operations
Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer / data entry skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Problem-solving skills
- A high school diploma required. Prefer minimum 2 years of college; or one to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Benefits
Salary Range: $ 24.90 to $ 27.50 per hour
