Billing Analyst

Location: Remote, US Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm in your time zone Duration: 12 months Compensation: $35.00 - $39.00 per hourPosition Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Billing Analyst to join our client's team. In this full-time, remote contract role, you will be responsible for executing B2B billing operations for retailer partners, ensuring accurate invoice processing, reconciliation, and timely resolution of billing inquiries. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in financial operations within a dynamic environment, supporting month-end close processes and audit requests while working with heavy datasets.Key Responsibilities:Calculate, generate, and deliver invoices using Oracle and spreadsheet templatesProcess credit and debit memos in line with approved requestsReview commercial contracts and SOPs to ensure correct billing terms and rates are appliedPerform peer reviews and reconciliations to verify invoice accuracy and completenessRespond promptly to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team membersFollow controls and checklists to support month-end closing and audit proceduresTrack manual invoices, meet tight deadlines, and manage heavy datasets efficientlySupport mid-month and end-of-month billing cyclesAnswer customer tickets to resolve billing issues, provide credits, and ensure customer satisfactionNavigate multiple systems including Salesforce CRM, JIRA, Mode BI Reporting, and Oracle Fusion (or similar tools)Utilize advanced Excel and Google Suite skills to build formulas and reportsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in billing, finance, or related operationsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and familiarity with multiple enterprise systemsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume, data-heavy tasksAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complex disputes effectivelyExperience in B2B tech, Marketplace, e-commerce, and/or SaaS industriesPreferred Skills & Experience:Experience working with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, or similar platformsPrior experience in a B2B retail environmentKnowledge of commercial contracts and SOPsBasic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliationsAt Premier Talent Partners, we are a people-centered recruitment firm with a strong focus on skills-based hiring.
