Billing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Handle all rate requests within established periods.
• Complete quotes within predetermined metrics.
• Participate in the rate update process.
• Provide technical, administrative, and operational support.
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
• Keep organization and time management skills.
• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Use of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate/advanced level.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field plus 2 years previous billing, invoicing, account receivable experience.
• Bi-lingual is required.
• Prefer brokerage billing experience in transportation or logistics industry.
