Basic Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance, Economics degree or in lieu of degree relevant experiences
• Effective analytical skills demonstrated through related Experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective Microsoft Office skills including Excel
• Experience / knowledge of accounting entries and related impacts

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing accurate and timely internal and external customer billing support for assigned contracts
• Completing invoice and account reconciliations as required
• Identifying billing opportunities and creating, reviewing, and approving invoices
• Creating accounting documents and transmitting invoices
• Assisting with collection and cash application activities as needed
• Reviewing system enhancements and making recommendations
• Supporting additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned
