BILLING & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR M.T. Laney Co. Inc. is a premier paving & construction site contractor with established years of experience. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Billing & A/R Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in accounting, contract administration, and project coordination—particularly within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Project ManagersPrepare and process invoicing and billing, including AIA billingManage Accounts Receivable (AR), including collectionsReview contracts and bid submissionMaintain historical records by scanning and filing documents Essential Requirements 2+ years of accounting experience2+ years of contract administrationProficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work with constant interruptionsSelf-starter who works well independentlyAbility to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing themDetail-oriented and exceptional organizational skillsExperience with digital file managementStrong problem solver and analytical thinkerMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Salary/Hourly Exemption Full-Time, Exempt PositionSalary based on knowledge, experience, and education Physical And Mental Demands Sit for prolonged amounts of timeWalk, bend, kneel, and twistMust be able to communicate effectively (talk and hear)Lift and move up to 50 pounds on occasion Education High school diploma or GED is preferred Experience 2+ years of accounting experience2+ years of contract administration Benefits M.T.
