Biller- Oil & Gas (Alva, OK Area)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices for oil & gas services (e.g., completions, production, or field services)
• Resolve billing discrepancies, customer inquiries, and disputes in a timely manner
• Cookordination with field operations, sales, and accounting to validate service tickets and charges
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and industry billing standards
• Maintain billing records, documentation, and audit readiness
• Aid with month-end close processes, revenue reporting, and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred)
• 2+ years of billing or accounting experience, preferably in oil & gas or a service-based industry
• Strong understanding of invoicing, revenue recognition, and contract billing
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with oilfield service billing systems or ERP platforms (e.g., OpenInvoice)
• Knowledge of field tickets, AFE billing, and cost allocation
• Familiarity with upstream, midstream, or service company operations
• Prior experience handling high-volume transactional billing
