Biller

Responsibilities

• Process client invoices in alignment with contract terms and billing requirements
• Review subconsultant agreements for financial accuracy
• Review employee expense reports for compliance with company policies and procedures
• Aid with compliance audit reporting in accordance with regulatory guidelines and standards
• Identify and resolve billing, contract, and expense discrepancies
• Support the Billing team, Operations Analysts, and Project Managers with project-related billing activities
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Maintain professional, consistent interactions with internal and external clients

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years of billing or accounting experience at a professional services firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat
• Prior Accounting experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry preferred
• Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
