Biller
Responsibilities
- Process client invoices in alignment with contract terms and billing requirements
- Review subconsultant agreements for financial accuracy
- Review employee expense reports for compliance with company policies and procedures
- Aid with compliance audit reporting in accordance with regulatory guidelines and standards
- Identify and resolve billing, contract, and expense discrepancies
- Support the Billing team, Operations Analysts, and Project Managers with project-related billing activities
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Maintain professional, consistent interactions with internal and external clients
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of billing or accounting experience at a professional services firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat
- Prior Accounting experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry preferred
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
