Billback Coordinator

About the role

The Billback Coordinator at Kohl Wholesale is responsible for generating non-profit, purchase allowance, commodity, and marketing invoices. This role ensures accurate and efficient payment processing, balancing, and reconciliation. The coordinator also finds and maximizes monies received from vendors, collects all monies due from vendors, and collaborates closely with the Trackmax staff.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required
• Special consideration for experience in accounting/finance and/or the foodservice industry
• Computer experience is a must
• Must be able to utilize e-mail, the Internet, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent financial analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills required

Qualifications

Pay

Base wage range: $17.00-$19.87 per hour

Schedule

HOURS: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
