Bill of Materials Coordinator

The position involves managing Regional Specification Control Operations, including overseeing North American and global engineering drawings, manufacturing design revisions, and engineering change processes.

Key Duties

• Manage engineering records and BOM updates within the BEAM system.
• Review drawings, validate part hierarchy, and coordinate design revisions.
• Configure vehicle applications, support supplier and factory instructions, and facilitate change approvals.
• Ensure timely release of design and manufacturing BOM changes for production.
• Maintain manufacturing BOM data, verify part structures, and interpret supply agreements.
• Collaborate across departments to implement product changes and support new model development.
• Lead process improvements, develop workflows, and communicate project progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0–4 years of experience in Part Drawing Control, Engineering Change Management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of BOM processes, CAD systems, and engineering documentation standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively across global departments.
