Essential Responsibilities/Activities
- Configures bills efficiently for ease of understanding, completeness, and accuracy.
- Works closely with Design Engineering, Electrical Drafting, and Electrical Engineering departments to ensure a set amount of jobs are processed daily.
- Reads and understands technical manuals, instructions, and criteria.
- Reads and reviews electrical diagrams.
- Reviews product design for company standards, engineering principles, and specifications.
- Confirms customer selections are compatible with manufacturer's specifications.
- Reviews bill of material and product specifications to accurately determine the amount and type of materials and components required.
- Incorporates Engineering Change Notices into bill of materials.
- Processes basic customer orders and provides final engineering approval.
Education And Experience Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of bill of materials experience in the HVAC industry or equivalent experience in a similar industry.

Essential Physical Functions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
- Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
