About the role

Bilingual Universal Service Representatives are needed to provide customer service in multiple languages. This includes answering calls, resolving issues, and providing information.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in multiple languages
• Resolve customer issues efficiently
• Provide accurate information to customers
• Handle escalated customer inquiries

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications
