Bilingual Therapist — LMHCA or LCSWA | Spanish/English | Remote

The Role

Daybreak Health is seeking bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) to serve its growing caseload of Latino students and families across North Carolina. This is a part-time W2 remote role.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide.
• Weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions are core parts of the role.

Requirements

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required)
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Qualifications

• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities (preferred)
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience (preferred)

Pay

$35 - $45 USD per hour
