Bilingual Therapist — LMHCA or LCSWA | Spanish/English | Remote

About the role

This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent afternoon/evening hours.

The Work You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide.

Weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions are core parts of the role.

Requirements

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Qualifications

• Preferred Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
