Responsibilities
- Assist members with financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and issuing negotiable instruments
- Greet members with a genuine smile and maintain a welcoming environment
- Carry out the Credit Union’s mission of providing tailored financial solutions by offering additional products or services that help fit the needs of the members
- Balance cash drawer daily
- Be knowledgeable of all core products and services
- Build member loyalty by providing the highest level of service
- Respond to member inquires or concerns in a timely manner
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures
- Follow the Credit Union’s Core Values of Trust, Integrity, Teamwork, and Making a Difference
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Ability to contribute to a positive team environment and to provide an exceptional member experience
- Careful attention to detail
- Exceptional work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, including oral and written communication
- High School Education or GED
Skills And Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, etc.)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- May occasionally have to carry coin bags or coin boxes sometimes weighing 25 pounds
- Typing and repetitive motion
