About the role
Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives available for their financial needs. Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes appropriate referrals. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to all policies and procedures. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to identify opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
- Educate customers on financial transaction options using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- No university/college degree required; a high school diploma, GED, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- No prior experience or product knowledge required for primary duties.

Pay
Base salary: $36,000.00 – $60,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
