LSI Staffing is looking for an energetic and dependable Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team! No recruiting experience required—we will train the right person.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay
- $18–$19/hr + commission
Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
- Assist with hiring and onboarding
- Communicate with employees and candidates in English and Spanish
- Visit customer sites for employee check-ins and support
- Provide excellent customer service
- Administer drug screens and coordinate background checks
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish – REQUIRED
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organized, professional, and able to multitask
- Reliable with strong attendance
- No experience needed—we will train!
