Bilingual Sr. Personal Injury Paralegal

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests
• Order, review, and organize medical and billing records
• Aid attorneys with case management from intake through trial preparation
• Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and file maintenance
• Maintain effective communication with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of Texas court procedures and personal injury litigation processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in legal software and case management systems
