Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
  • Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in Spanish and English.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Schedule

This position offers a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
