About the Role
Create meaningful connections with customers using a consultative sales approach. Work on the sales floor, online, and make outbound calls. Schedules vary from 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- No prior sales experience necessary; training provided
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong communication skills

Pay
Earnings range from $15.76 - $18.33 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions based on meeting sales goals. Commission opportunities are uncapped, allowing top performers to earn up to $62,460 per year.
Schedule
Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
