Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About the Role
This retail sales position requires fluency in both Spanish and English. You will create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise and AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and services. The role involves a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through options, participating in community events, processing online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn through provided tools, training, and coaching.
Schedule
Work hours are scheduled between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
Pay
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $46,400 and $75,000 annually, comprising an hourly rate plus uncapped commission opportunities. Starting salary within this range may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and is dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
