Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

About the Role

We’re seeking bilingual (Spanish and English) Retail Sales Consultants to join AT&T’s sales team. You’ll create meaningful connections with customers, using AT&T’s full suite of products and services to meet their needs. This fast‑paced environment rewards consultative selling, community involvement, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options.
• Engage with the community through events, online order fulfillment, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s latest devices and personalized services.
• Adapt to evolving technology and changing customer needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Availability to work a schedule between 9 am – 9 pm, including weekends.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, but not required; training and coaching will be provided.
• Flexibility and openness to change in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000 annually, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and is contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Schedule

• Work hours fall between 9 am – 9 pm, including weekends.
• Monthly seniority‑based schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
• Full‑time position (approximately 40 hours per week).
