Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need you.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide tools, training, and coaching.
• Flexibility and openness to change.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.71–$25.61 per hour plus $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Those working 20–24 hours per week earn an average of $48,151 per year in total compensation. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule

• Part-time, 20 hours per week.
• Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Shifts between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
